Tween to Teen Queens

The girls meet every Tuesday for eight consecutive weeks during the school term, giving them a regular space to connect with other girls, build friendships, and explore what growing up looks and feels like.

Each week covers topics that are relevant to their everyday lives, including confidence and self-worth, friendships and changing social dynamics, emotions, body image, boundaries, communication, peer pressure, belonging, and identity.

Sessions are relaxed, interactive, and fun, with plenty of discussion, games, creative activities, role-play, and real-life scenarios. Girls are encouraged to share, ask questions, practise new skills, and learn from one another in a supportive, pressure-free environment.

At its heart, Tween to Teen Queens is a girls club where girls can truly belong. It provides a consistent and supportive community during an important stage of growing up, helping girls build confidence, strengthen friendships, navigate challenges, and discover more about who they are and who they are becoming.
