Come along to the first class for some fun, socialisation, improved balance & posture and enhance sense of wellness.

"It never too late" to join the over 50s senior ballet worldwide trend! Have you ever wanted to learn ballet or reacquaint yourself with it from your youth? Relaxed but focused age-appropriate ballet class for people 50 years and over.

Come along to the first class for some fun, socialisation, improved balance & posture and enhance sense of wellness. Classes taught by a ballet teacher with over 25 years' experience.

This is a class for people with at least 2 years of ballet experience. Class sizes are limited. To register or for more info please contact Michelle at: over50sballet@gmail.com.
