Over 50s Chair & Floor Stretch and Strengthening

Over 50s Ballet offer this class to anyone keen on doing a full body workout on a chair and on the floor (no tired feet!).

This class brings more body awareness, improves posture, balance and assists to build the strength required for your everyday life.

And no you do not have to also attend a ballet class to come along to our friendly, welcoming environment.
