Facilitated Birthday Parties

At Baywave we offer facilitated birthday parties for the young pirate adventurers, princesses, superhero enthusiasts and more. Simply choose your theme and let our experienced staff take the lead.

Theme options:
Pirate Adventure, Superhero Spectacular, Princess Party, Circus Extravaganza & Hawaiian Luau.

Birthday parties at Baywave all include 2 hours exclusive use of the pirate ship, plus access to waves, hydroslides and the aqua play station! Your dedicated party facilitator will lead the children through various games and activities such as the famous Walk the Plank. They will also provide a safety briefing and ensure the party runs smoothly from start to finish.

Party Size: 10 children

Facilitated parties are 2 hours long and are suitable for children aged 5 - 12 years. Additional children may be added to the party size for an extra cost of $20 per child.

Party catering is available for an additional cost. Choose from three delicious, kid-friendly options:

Option 1 - $10.50pp: Fish bites or mini hot dogs, fries & tomato sauce, jelly cups, fruit juice
Option 2 - $11.50pp: Chicken nuggets, fries, fruit juice, cookies and a fruit kabab with chocolate
Option 3 - $13.50pp: Finger sandwiches, sausage rolls, tomato relish, selection of chips and dips, fruit juice, mini lamingtons and a fresh fruit platter

Special dietary requirements $2.00pp additional charge.

You are welcome to provide your own birthday cake - and please remember to bring candles and a cake knife!

Baywave reserves the right to alter food options at any time.

Parties should arrive at Baywave 15 minutes prior to the start time to allow time for the children to change before activities begin. The party host will meet you at Reception to give your group directions.

Supervision Rules:

Any children aged 5 & under who wish to participate must have a parent/guardian aged 16+ in the water within arms reach at all times.

Children aged 5-10 years require the host parent to actively supervise from the pool deck. Maximum parent to child ratios apply, click here for more information.
