Strength and balance exercises for seniors (60 years and over) using equipment, free flow cardio exercises and stretching to develop muscle strength and flexibility.

Learn strategies to avoid falls, build confidence and achieve greater ease of movement.

Classes are set to appropriate music and participants are encouraged to exercise to their personal levels of fitness and ability.
