Located in the heart of bustling Greerton, this hall has been thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of the local community. It is the largest of our community halls and can entertain groups of up to 360 people.
The main hall boasts a beautiful wooden floor, an impressive recessed stage and additional annex space along the length of the room. The wooden floor is ideal for dancing but can also be configured in various seating layouts. Theatrical productions will look completely at home on the large stage, and performers will appreciate the adjacent dressing rooms with bathroom facilities. Specific stage lighting is installed & adds a professional element to any performance.
The well-stocked kitchen for hire can cater to a large number of people and is often used to feed those in the community who need a helping hand. It features modern appliances and is stocked with crockery & cutlery for up to 150 people.
Due to the residential location of this hall, noise level restrictions are in place. Bookings with music after 10pm cannot be accepted, and all bookings must keep noise levels under 80 decibels inside the hall. An acceptable level of noise must also be maintained outside the hall.
Greerton Hall is an excellent facility for hosting cultural & community events that enrich the local area. It has a strong foundation in Greerton as a place for connection & regularly plays host to social events such as indoor bowls & craft markets. Yes, we require a bond for all venue hire. A venue check will be carried out after the function & your bond will be returned provided that there is no damage to the facility.
