Learn to relax and care for the muscles of the face and neck with Julia!

Just as your body needs regular exercise to stay toned and firm, the 57 muscles in the face and neck also need exercise.

As the muscles become stronger, they are lifted and firmed then the skin attached is tightened. This process helps to reduce lines and wrinkles.
