Customer Satisfaction Survey iPad Winner

Allyson Mourits is the owner of a new ipad thanks to taking time to fill out a Bay Venues Customer Satisfaction Survey.

Allyson’s 13-month-old daughter, Elisabeth, has been a BaySwimmer since the start of quarter two, and is about to enjoy a free quarter of Aquababes lessons.  Elisabeth has lessons at Baywave, which her mother says is a nice environment with friendly staff and excellent instructors.

The annual survey is run by an external provider and those taking part are in with the chance to win an ipad.

Like Allyson (pictured with Elisabeth and Bay Venues chief executive Gary Dawson), many of the survey respondents feel BaySwim is the place to be. One respondent mentioned how she travels specifically from Kawerau to attend the baby swimming lessons.

Comments included the following:

• “The quality of teachers is really good. I also like the new initiative with the water safety programme in the school holidays.”
