Direct Debit Customers
At the time of suspending a credit will be placed on your account.
Due to the credit being applied on your next direct debit run:
- Our system picks up the credit so a payment will not come out of your account, even if you suspend for the holidays.
- A payment will come out during the suspended period (e.g. holidays) to balance this out.
