Request for Registrations of Interest – Arena Solor Install
Bay Venues is seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) from suitably qualified and experienced solar energy providers for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a solar photovoltaic (PV) system at Baypark Arena.
This project forms part of Bay Venues’ ongoing commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency, and reducing carbon emissions across its facilities network. The proposed installation will support long-term operational savings while contributing to our environmental objectives.
We invite submissions from contractors with a proven track record in commercial-scale solar installations, including experience in system design, structural assessment coordination, grid connection requirements, monitoring solutions, and ongoing maintenance support.
Interested parties are encouraged to register their interest and provide details of relevant experience, capability, and past project delivery.
The following criteria will be outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP), but not limited to:
Meet the required time frames outlined below. Programme will be required for the RFP.
New Zealand registered company.
Necessary resources to complete the project within the time frames.
Able to provide two references during the Request for Proposal process.
Affiliation with industry regulated body.
Health and Safety process and procedures.
