RFP Overview

Bay Venues invites registrations of interest from experienced suppliers for the new Bay Venues Leisure Management System. The purpose of this RFP is to evaluate and select a Leisure Management System that meets our current and future operational, customer, and technology requirements.   • RFP Issued: Tuesday 30 June, 2026

  • Questions Deadline: Wednesday 15 July, 2026

  • RFP Response Due: EoB Wednesday 29 July, 2026
