Building Warrant of Fitness
Bay Venues Ltd invites proposals from experienced and reputable service providers to tender for our Building Warrant of Fitness across multiple facilities. As a leading provider of event and community spaces, we are committed to maintaining our venues to the highest standards, ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.
We are seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) from qualified and experienced Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF) service providers to support the ongoing compliance and safety of our facilities. This ROI is the first step in identifying providers who can deliver inspection, maintenance, and reporting services in accordance with the Building Act 2004 and relevant compliance schedules.
The selected provider(s) will be responsible for:
Conducting inspections of specified systems as per compliance schedules.
Issuing / Checking Form 12A certificates for each system.
Advising on any updates or amendments required to compliance schedules.
Supporting annual BWOF submissions and renewals.
Ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time

BWOF compliance is essential to the effective operation of our facilities. Any instances of non-compliance or delays in meeting requirements may pose a significant risk to business continuity.
