Please use this form below to advise of your suspension requirements.  We will contact you on receipt to confirm as required.

Direct Debit Customers

At the time of suspending a credit will be placed on your account.
 
Due to the credit being applied on your next direct debit run:
  • Our system picks up the credit so a payment will not come out of your account, even if you suspend for the holidays.
  • A payment will come out during the suspended period (e.g. holidays) to balance this out.

Suspensions must be for a consecutive period of 14 days
Any suspensions to upfront customers will not be refunded, the balance will go to family credit.
My membership will automatically recommence the day after the nominated return date.
